★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As visitor of the resident here at sphere, the experience of visiting is nothing short of HORRIBLE. It is a HORROR to come and visit because not only you have to pay a fee to park, but the system of SOP to help guide visitor entering the premise is HORRIBLE.
I carry TWO luggage bags and after parking my car to designated spot, I walk straight to enter the door accessing the lift, BUT after realising i need to have an access card, I have to go all the way to guard house to tell one of the ignorant guards to open the door for me as you will need an access card to enter. The guard senang lenang tell me to just follow anyone going in as one would have the access card. You think i got the time to spare with the heat in the parking lot and luggages to WAIT FOR ANY ONE PERSON WHO WOULD HAVE THE ACCESS CARD SO I CAN FOLLOW THEM IN?
AND then, when i want to go home, i did not realise i actually park at LG. I mistakenly thought i parked at G floor. Guess what now? I AM STRANDED IN THE G FLOOR. I have made 2 rounds to find the walkway down to LG. AGAIN, GUESS WHAT? The emergency door to LG is LOCKED!!
You know how long i have to wait for someone AGAIN to open the door to access the lift? 45 MINUTES!!!!!
Something has got to be done here. It is like a prison for visitors

Plenty of parking & food outlets. Within close proximity of Segi University. Mainly the Residence within this area are lecturers and University students

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice, not too many households on each floor. However, if you want to move in/out, you need to pay a fee! (*It's not a deposit! They took it). I had never had to pay a fee just for moving in/out!
