Donโ€™t know where to get fresh flowers from? You can now get them at Mercato. They sell one of the best and fresh flowers and at affordable pricing!

Good range of imported groceries. Self-service cashiers also available. However, system is not very user friendly. Would be 5 stars if the self-service cashier system was changed to a more user friendly one :)

After Cold Storage, Now it become Mercato Supermarket. The concept still the same, selling a lot of foreign country food, groceries and so on... if no mistaken, they just open at 13 Nov 2019. The things over there is quite fresh, maybe because of newly open. Overall my shopping experience over there is quite good.

Struggling to find its place as an upmarket supermarket, yet poor layout traps you in circles trying to locate basic necessities. Bread and eggs are set front and back of store. Meat and seafood sections look neat and tidy but offers less than fresh produce. Pork is also an afterthought corner of the store, hidden behind detergents. You will find some imported foodstuffs that Jaya Grocer does not carry. Promotions are scattered and poorly displayed. Pick your own apples as more than once the ready packaged had rotten ones inside. Staff are quite efficient with a Hokkien speaking Indian boy in charge.

The most expensive supermarket in Penang. You can get cheaper price in Jaya Grocer. The didn't even put the pricing for some products. I'd rather go to Jaya Grocer or Village Grocer. Don't waste your money here unless the product that you want to buy doesn't exist in other supermarket. Well, I doubt that.

Weird layout for a supposed high-end supermarket. They might have some products unavailable elsewhere but that's probably for just a few items. Most products are priced quite expensive compared to what we have purchased before, even in KL! Some fresh produce are not up to mark, perhaps closer towards expiry due to slow sales. Choice of meat is ok. Overall i didn't find shopping for groceries here a plus point. Rather just get what i need elsewhere unless no choice.
