★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at motor park area around 7:45pm . I pay with my touch n go card but suddenly the barrier not function. But my card already charged by the mission. I called the guy near the park mission and he told me to scan again . The guy very rude ! I told him that this is my third time the mission charge me. He scan again with my touch n go card and when finally the barrier open i asked him how about my previous money?! Then he told me only rm 2 was charged. But my touch n go history got evidence for rm 6 the mission charge me . The guy very lazy ! He should do his work respond us well . But just ignored the issue. Will never come and park in this mall again. It supposed to be only rm 2 but i got extra charge untill rm6 . And the guy don't do his work . Just ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per entrance fees RM 1.50 a lot of bikes. Area quite bright. Just like other shopping complex bike area. That's guard around. Keep the ticket because you need the ticket to exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U increase the price of parking motorbike but the management, service and system are still SUCK.. until now use cash?? Cashless system most all the times are systems down… no efficient everything was KUNO hello this is 2022 still using cash meh! Stupid management
