★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plan to buy a pail which label with price of RM9.50. Only find out it is RM 15.50 when do payment at counter. After checking with the staff in Mr DIY, only find out that the label and pail is place wrongly. However, as a compensation of their mistake, the staff give us discount and let us pay with RM9.50 in the end. The staff is polite and treat us good. Good experience in Mr DIY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service are tremendously good. The staffs there are very friendly n helpful. Especially when we cannot find the things we want, if we asked them, they will bring you to that place where the things are kept. And moreover their things are cheaper n affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy long bulb 5 unit they can't test and inform me keep anything within 7 days to change.
They supposedly to open box to check the bulbs condition but when im bring back the bulb broken inside the box.
Really suck this Mr Diy staff and management how come you not checking this item's before customer bring back/when making payment.
Im in 9.53pm out 9.59pm maybe they dislike customer buying things when off duty time.
One day your business will Bankrupt if your staffs attitude like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the cashier is super rude. Go there to buy mask and some mask extender. Total just below RM10. I pay using RM 50. The cashier that attend ME (young guy) is polite and ask politely whether I have small change to which I say I didn't. Then one of the cashier, a middle aged lady I believe named SITI MUSLIHA talks loudly to the cashier that attend me that she would have cancel my item and not allow me to buy. She say and I qoute " Ni kalau aku jaga kaunter memang aku cancel barang dia." She also urging my cashier to cancel my item but fortunately my cashier ignore her. To that lady cashier, please work on your manner
