β β β β β Worst experience ever, before I handover my BV wallet to her, she promised can collect at the early of Nov(20th Oct handover to her), and at final, I was informed to collect it at 27 Nov; almost five weeks!!! And cost my 100RM, seems totally no washed, still feel dirty and sticky, and the reception girl like a man, you will never feel manners and good attitude from her voice. DONT GO!

β β β β β I sent my bag to My Bag Spa 1 Utama and after having it inspected decided to do an entire bag re-coloration which would be done by 3 months. It is now coming into the 5th month and I have not gotten my bag. The staff just brush off my question by saying they will check but they never get back to me.
It is worrying and not a great experience at all. Having checked other places and other people's experiences I believe there are many out there who will provide a better service.

β β β β β Am impressed with the handbag cleaning service provided by tis outlet. They really did a good job cleaning and make it look so new. Tat i wana keep my bag fr keeping. Previously, it had curry stain, pen stains, dust, dirt..all gone!! Thank u so much again. Will definately send my bags here. Only concern is the wait time. Took abt 6 weeks to collect my bag. But, worth it!

β β β β β Extremely bad customer service. My shoes have been with the One Utama branch for 2 YEARS. I have to keep calling for an update and when I do, the staff always says "I will check and return your call tomorrow", which NEVER happens. NOT ONCE HAVE THEY RETURNED MY CALL.
The work done on the shoes are mediocre and not worth the wait and the price.
I now know why they charge customers upfront. It's because of the poor quality and customer service they provide.
Take your items elsewhere.

β β β β β I went to this place to have my bag washed as I have not used it in a while to give it a deep clean. I was informed that it would cost Rm200 and that it would take a month to clean as my bag had to take a long time to dry. After the month, I came to collect my bag and after collection , I found out that there were stains on the lining of my bag and that it still smelt musty which meant that it was not washed. When I informed the young lady that it had been washed, she shrugged it off saying that it had been signed. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL CHEAT YOUR MONEY.
