★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is very good. I love their sauces and tender chicken. However, particular this branch of Nando's, in terms of service became bad. It might be because of big flow of customers... but what I was witness of is just terrible...while I was eating 1 of the waiters was singing out loud which made me feel awkward and uncomfortable, I couldn't hear my friend next to me...Moreover, other 2 waiters were playing and fighting each other by slapping the asses of each other and running around. This is unacceptable behaviour at the restaurant. After their manager told them to stop, they ignored her... if I have opportunity I usually go to other branch... but I am giving 4 star for quality of food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunately some superior staff took the order. Otherwise the service in this branch is not so good. Food okay ad usual. Chicken was juicy. But the sauce taste too sour, not everyone’s taste same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can come here to eat if you have plenty of time. I ordered my food and paid it at 5.04pm BUT the food arrived at 5.45pm! Not only that, the first plate arrived had served the wrong order..and then they double triple check the receipt but surely was really slow.
Not going to come here again.

-Food are nice but the portion getting smaller and smaller.
-Amble of space and seats for group dining
-Bottomless coffee! Guess how much we drank..
-Located in open space mall, with parking lots underground.
To improve:
-Problem with ordering software and website at checkout section.
*suggest to pay at counter.
-Bill are splitted base on the device used to order.
*If you want everything in one billing, please order using one device.
-Food took quite sometime for preparation compared to other franchise. (around 45min from order confimation to serving)
*not suggested if you rush for lunch hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered via food panda. The chicken looks and taste horrible. Very dried and the skin was literally gone when it arrived. The worst thing of all; they never give me a single pack of nando sauce. Stay away from this outlet. If you are in this area, go to the IPC branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff terbaek, fast & good servis. But food not favourable la.. price and portion don't tally. Plus veggie doesn't seems fresh, roti pun masuk angin, not crunchy. Good surrounding and ambient though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived here at 10.30am, created order and paid online at 10.48am. Then we are yet receive our food after 30min of waits. Service was slow lik turtle? Grab arrived later but they got the order quick than us. Poor service!
Long waits…. we Received our food at 11.21am. awesome ??
