 There is no front desk at check-in, it is all by phone to contact the boss, and the boss takes the key to open the door; when I arrived, I was really surprised that the room facilities are perfect. But the details are not done well, and the shampoo feels very low; seven in the morning I paid an extra 80MYR after half stay; I wanted to continue living the next day and charged me 160MYR; the cleanliness of the room was not very good; there were insects on the table

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teníamos una reserva de habitación (pagada previamente) desde el día 19 hasta el 28 de agosto, cual es nuestra sorpresa que al llegar a recepción nos indican que no saben quién es el dueño del apartamento y que no pueden ayudarnos. Llamamos en repetidas ocasiones al teléfono de contacto y no obtenemos respuesta. Nos encontramos en la calle con un niño de 2 años y recién aterrizados en Kuala lumpur. Después de realizar numerosas llamadas nos confirman que nuestra habitación ya la habían ocupado otros inquilinos. Atencion pésima, responsabilidad 0, atención nefasta y un largo etc que no podría llegar a enumerar. Tanto summer suites, como el dueño como edreams ze lavan las manos y la única solución que tenemos ir a otro hotel y pagar de nuevo otra estancia. NO LO RECOMIENDO, nos sentimos estafados.
We had a room reservation (previously paid) from the 19th to the 28th of August, which is our surprise that when we arrive at the reception they indicate that they do not know who owns the apartment and that they cannot help us. We call the contact phone repeatedly and we don't get an answer. We met a 2-year-old boy and recently landed in Kuala Lumpur. After making numerous calls they confirm that our room had already been occupied by other tenants. Terrible attention, responsibility 0, nefarious attention and a long etc that could not be listed. Both summer suites, as the owner and Edreams Ze wash their hands and the only solution we have to go to another hotel and pay for another stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, we feel cheated.
