★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Corvan Service Centre moved to this place, parking issues of the last location (Damansara Utama) are solved. Parking is easy, lift to the door step, professional technical service, reasonable service cost remain unchanged. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my biggest regret is buying a neato robot - hardly 1 year of purchase and not much usage, battery lifespan over (acdg to technician) and after getting a new battery replaced it only lasted less than a year and have to replace another new battery. No service at all - supposedly corvan would call me on my query - nothing to date. Rip off product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. My house has bar stools and standing fan, both with slanting stands. My other brand of robot vac and Neato have problem of getting stuck sometime. Their technician fixed a simple bumper extension within 5 minutes. Now I don’t have to move the stools away like before (every time when I want to run the robot). Also, their parts are selling at a very reasonable price compare to those grey importer or even overseas online sellers.
Only thing is if their reserved parking is taken up, you may have to park at the multi-storey parking at 10min walk away. I think that’s the same with any other commercial areas, parking issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's on the 3rd flr next to Laurastar outlet, facing the highway. Service is great and staff are knowledgeable, courteous and well-spoken. Tip: Check prices online for replacement parts like filters, brush, battery, etc. They are very steeply priced here. Most likely better off buying online once the problem has been diagnosed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos for their very professional after sales service. They sincerely try their best to help save my money when i need to service my 5 years old Neato.
Recently I mistakenly went to a grey importer (selling various brands of robots) who advertised on google. They quoted me RM1000 to replace its main PCB and RM600 for its laser mapping scanner(its called RPS) exclude service charge. I refused and then i recall Corvan, the sole distributor.
Their service staff checked and tested to confirmed only PCB needs replacement which cost me only RM290. Moreover its original and official. The RPS is ok so no need to replace. I wanted to change the main brush as it has some cuts. They advised me against it as it does not affect the performance. I ended up saving more than RM1,300 and my Neato is happily carrying out its task again! The best part is, such complicated case only took them 4 days and most of the time is to test run to make sure it runs perfectly. What more could i have asked for?

I purchase from them on 3rd August 2021, pay 120RM shipping fee for the product ship to Singapore, till today 8 Aug 2021 time 1424hrs, I have call, email and facebook message them, no response from them. if your company cannot fullfill my order, please refund $$$ back to me, because this is my hard earned money
