β β β β β 11 April 2022 Morning I go to fix my phone, because my phone have warranty but it's power off, can't open. Front office boy was so good he give me his best advice and service but the technical team without information just flash all my data. Me also a technician and I know that after save the data mi mobile can format. But they never do and after collect my phone I asked them what is my phone problem because it's just buy 7 months only. They say mother board problem and they change it. But I check it's IME number same and never open my phone. So it's clear that they just do format without save phone data and try to fool me. It's not expected from a customer care service center. Noe my all business data which I save in my phone all gone and I can't return back. Even after I make call also they never received my phone. It's very bed experience in service center which is I never expect. Hope after see this issue management will be forced to technical team to take care customer data properly before format. No excuse will be granted about this issue. Because it's not important for technical team but it's important for customer.
