★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I preordered a white S22 Ultra 512GB from their Lazada store a while back. Two days before the official availability of the item, they WhatsApp'ed me saying only green was available. I conceded to agreeing to take the green unit. The following week after the official launch date, they cancelled my order. They lied to me about saying that there was an issue between Lazada and LEX, and that Lazada cancelled the order.
When I checked with Lazada, they said that the seller never gave the package to the courier to begin with. And the seller themselves cancelled the order. Such scummy misconduct.
I have been screwed over the for the preorder bonuses which is no longer available.
