Comfortable room. A bit small but still okay. I booked through OYO app. Cuma parking susah sikit.

Service staff were friendly, the only good thing. Woke up scratching all over due to BEDBUGS! Was transfered to another room which had DIRTY SHEETS on the bed. Booked for 2 nights and hotel refused to refund for the second night when I wanted to check-out after the first night!

Budget hotel out from the city and yet easy excess to city center. This hotel next to few Indian Pakistanis restaurants and convenient shop (not 24 hours). Air conditions operated very well but a bit noisy. Hot water supply for shower is OK but the pressure a bit low. 1 un well maintained elavator but still can used. Anyway its budget hotel for everyone to reach PWTC at any event if no more nearby accommodation available as an option

Staf were friendly and helpful. There was an incident whereby my room was blackout while I was taking bath. The staf changed my room to a bigger and comfortable room with no extra pay. The only thing that I was not satisfied was they didn't provide hot water for drinks.

LIKES: ******* 1. Fast check-in process with decent night staff @ 2350 @ 8 June 2019 (first stay ever). 2. Room looked nice and simple with solid wooden floor and some on the wall. The space is acceptable. 3. TV, telephone, hot shower, wifi and lighting are very decent and satisfactory. TV channels are only locals but the quality is 480p+++ so it was pleasant to watch. 4. Mattress, pillow, towel and duvet are fairly comfy. 5. Have a window (but no view of the road only inside the building) to repel any unpleasant odor. I like the aircond which is not directly facing the bed. 6. Although it is located in a hectic Jalan Ipoh, the room is very quiet and calm. 7. Several local Mamak joints and 24/7 convenient shops are available within walking distance (less than 10mins) along the road. 8. Three power sockets available - one beside the bed and two are at the desk. I strongly suggest to bring your own extension. 9. Very close to Sentul District Police Headquarters. 10. Owned by Bumiputera! The daylight Malay receptionist is just awesome and very helpful. Kudos! DISLIKE: ********* 1. I was denied an extra pillow because the Malay reception guy said "we don't do that". My mind immediately said "perhaps no housekeeping staff in night time" to sooth my displeasure. 2. Room 311 is a windowed Single Room with a super single bed frame. The edge of the bed frame is made of a solid wood and it is very pointy, sharp and dangerous. I got cut and bleed as my leg was accidentally stumbled on it numerous time. 3. Room 311 was filled with pungent cigarette odor when I first opened the door. Debris of burnt ciggy is lightly scattered over the window and on the floor. The male receptionist was kind enough to spray some freshener as requested. 4. The room and lavatory floors were a bit dusty and dirty when I first entered the room with some dust was visible on the mattress. There were also some paint debris on the floor as a result of recent refurbishment. I would suggest to plump the bed with pillow several times for comfort. I would also suggest to bring two sandals for room and bathroom usages. 5. There is no kettle or coffee maker or sachets in the room nor a water dispenser in the corridor or at the lobby. Verdict: I WILL VISIT AGAIN as OYO constantly gives a pretty good rate. Bear in mind this neighborhood is full with foreign workers. And my first stay was so good I decided to extend my stay for another night in Queen room via OYO app due to low rate. And, I have been a consistent guest ever.

I likè this hotel as really affordable price with a spacious and clean room. All the staffs are helpful and friendly and always help me to get a better promotion OYO deals. GOOD location with 10 -15 minutes walk to LRT Titiwangsa. Not many malay stalls or restaurant.Most are Indian stalls/ restaurant that available within walking distance. Definately will come back.

Comfortable. The room is quite bigger than the picture shown in website. This hotel is children friendly. They've lift and water filter. On the other hand, it is so hard to park our car. The parking is limited.

Hotel staffs undisciplined. Always talk back to customers when a complain is made. Always think they are right and customers is wrong. Never apologise for anything and will make noises after point their mistake. If you extend your stay make sure you tell them to clean up the room fast of else even at 4:40pm your room will not be cleaned. This spoils the place as it got big rooms, nice location to some food stalls. Near a main road and bus stops. But for car owners there is limited parking available for you so please wait for quite some time for cars to vacant their spot. As for price it is very cheap compared to other OYO's Hotels nearby. The rooms are a mix of old and new as the pipes maybe old and sometimes rusty water flows through but the bed and TVs and flooring are new. So it is comfortable to sleep in but not so relaxing for long shower. Waters in some rooms flows out so weak while some really strong. So showering can be either be a slow or fast experience. I would have given a better star rating if the management only employs better staffs.
