Room have cockroach once check in..
Room is dirty with hairs on floor and beds
Very noisy also at night because neighbor is aunty uncle kalaok

β β β β β The hotel price is cheap however that is alot mouse at first & ground floor, also some cockroach and bug at room, someone smoke at room before we check in the room.

β β β β β Actually don't wat give one star..poor service and dirty. reception is bad attidute. booking early, but Give a damaged room. The door was pried open and badly damaged, the whole door was destroyed, the door lock was missing and no door lock ! no electronic door lock on the whole door! door got a large hole, then fill the large hole with tissue paper only .The whole door was destroyed and the door's electronic locksetΒ is missing, no electronic door lock and the door can't be closed.Pillow also leaves traces of uncleanliness, The actual situation is different fromΒ picture advertised.The situation is very bad, When wanted to ask more, the receptionist was impatient and had a poor service attitude. He gives the impression is very bad. He thinks hotel is a budget hotel, so customers must accept all inequities, finally i don't want to stay.I hope the platform will not remove my real bad experience and also hope the platform will safeguard consumer rights.

β β β β β Not worth a star!!!! Super terrible hotel, the moment I enter the room that's at least 5 cockroaches running inside the room, one of it is at the ceiling right on top of the bed. That's a limau ais gantung tepi from the previous customer still hanging in the room. Found hairs is the bed which is from the previous customer and bedsheet with multiple dirty stain. Requested to change to another room and the uncle from reception just asked us to bear with it as it is budget hotel, he was serving us ith his bad attitude, sleeping in 2 chairs and don't allow us to even place our bags on it. Shop beside it is a kalaok, will sing till 2am. The CCTV right in front of the lift in ground floor is monitorinh the rubbish bin beside the lift, and another CCTV in the lift is dangling, not functioning at all. Furthermore, the uncle photostat my ic without my permission and didn't give me a receipt right after I paid my deposit. In the end I rather pay extra to go for another non budget hotel. And still the uncle tell us not to tell the truth if want to claim back out money.
