β β β β β Super clean and cozy. Well maintained and great interior design. I don't need to call receptionist/room service for the first time after staying in so many other Malaysia hotels because zero issue and has everything I need in the room!

β β β β β Very elegant hotel with high quality materials used and standards. Came for the luxury spa and immensely enjoyed. Access can be strained by the many small and undulated roads leading to the Hotel (due to nearby constructions taking ages). Parking is digital by scanning your car number plate but no clear signs ? so encountered many other patrons puzzled by how to pay parking fees! (Trivial problem with trivial solutions?)

β β β β β The rooms are clean and nice, with bath tub, shower and toilet separated. There is also a coffee machine, tea and water provided. There is also a shoe area for you to sit on to put on your shoes. However, at this price point, one would think that the mini bar would be filled. Also, this is a five star hotel with 2 star service. Despite reading reviews of the bad service, I still decided to book this hotel for the first time. Lo and behold, the reception did not brief me anything about the parking and breakfast. While at the breakfast, my wife was unwell so she stayed in the room. I asked for a takeaway box and one of the staff gave it to me. While I was filling the takeaway box, one of the managers came to me and talked to me rudely as if I've done something criminal. He spoke unpleasantly as if I did not pay for the hotel and breakfast for 2. Before I left the breakfast area, the staff still emphasized that this time is an exception for taking away food from breakfast. Hello? Do you think I'm a student or am I a paying guest? Is this how you treat your guests? My wife and I love staycations and we've stayed in many hotels. This is by far one of the worse service. Please learn from Ritz Carlton and Intercontinental Hotel, they know how good service looks like. For sure this is my first and last time with Sofitel, I'll take my money elsewhere if I'm paying such a steep price for rude service.

β β β β β Amazing Stay. I went for 3D2N for Christmas Holiday in 2021 and it was superb. The room is clean, the staffs are beyond friendly. The check-in process are very smooth and you just need to drop off your bag at the lobby & everything will be settled for you. During my time at the pool, they also offer me to use the jacuzzi and the spa room. It was also easy to get food as there is a mall right beside the hotel. Amazed by the hospitality.
Special mentioned to the receptionist & other hotel staffs who help me during the time when my car tyre was punctured. They did not leave me alone during the trouble time.
Thank you, Sofitel Damansara for your amazing hospitality! It was a great getaway from my home. Though in the city, I did feel peaceful. Hopefully to be back for another festive staycation in the future!

β β β β β Love the room & facilities of the Hotel.
Just HIGHLY NOT satisfied with the housekeeping service in this hotel. Although the hotel rooms are sticking stickers about "Room is Safe & Sanitized", but I saw the housekeeper not wearing a mask during the housekeeping process.
After the housekeeper cleaned up the room, no new towels & bathrobes were replaced in the room. Tried to request from Housekeeping dept, but no action was taken & took almost 2-3 hours to solve the problem. The housekeeper never wore a mask when sent the requested toiletries... Besides, the housekeeper opened my hotel room without knocking on the room or ringing the doorbell.

β β β β β Didnt check-in for room, just have a glass of drink at the cafe area. Nice experience. Latte taste good. Friendly service. Love the fragrance used. Toilet extremely comfortable. Car park fee is rm12 for around 2hrs.

β β β β β Room very well maintained and clean. Everything seems very new. Pillows in my opinion too soft, felt like I was sleeping just flat on the bed and didnβt provide me the neck support I needed. Called housekeeping to check if they have other pillow options but they donβt.
Donβt know if it was because of the peak season but I only got my room at 5.15pm when check in time was supposed to be 3pm. The only waiting area is at the lobby and they serve you a free welcome drink while waiting and thatβs it.
Breakfast buffet has limited choices. Would I stay here again? I might give it another chance (provided I bring my own pillow and itβs a non peak season)

β β β β β Booked 4 room, one junior suite, 3 deluxe, everything is perfect, clean, nice vibes. Very new, staff from front desk to every department are super polite and friendly. Really Worth to spend staycay here. The pool area is fascinating, with bar beside. Super value for money. Shout out for the front desk staff Ira with helping with some last minute changes. Thank you!
