★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a slot for massage 2 weeks in advanced but when we arrived there, there is no record of my booking (my deposit of 100 has paid). Luckily they have slots available but me and my friend have to do it separately, not as per booking in couple room. The room I was in looks like some store room (I can see a ladder), no music during the whole 90 mins treatment. The only up side is the massage skill of my therapist (a Chinese 50+ lady) was not bad. I personally think the centre need to refurbish as the room looks old (not cozy enough for me) and service can be improve by not missing out customer's appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went together with my friend. The masseuse no issue - attentive and also good observation, skill good, service good. But the centralised aircon is too strong, i feel cold after out from steam and also when doing scrub. Their outlet cs and online booking cs no communication. I made appointment 2 weeks in advance but received a call one day before to request change time due to another booking is near to my booking. They worry their masseuse is rushing. Hmm... I compromise because masseuse job not easy but their booking system and internal communication should be improved. I mentioned what package i want when i made booking and reconfirmed with their cs as well. But outlet cs seems not sure. Overall, masseuse okay but the customer service part need improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This spa is a disappointment. The package I chose - I love me for 256RM- had to include hot oil massage and upper back relaxing. What I got was an extremely painful deep tissue massage. Everything started in the elevator, when the woman who met me at the hotel lobby told me, that the package I chose was cheap and the rest of service is more expensive. To judge me on the looks (I was wearing home clothes and crocs as I leave nearby) was so unprofessional. The oil was cold, the music was not playing in the room, the third person came into the room when I was trying to relax, there was no paper in the toilet. The only thing I liked there was ginger tea, so one star for it. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had hot stone massage yesterday. My masseur was Vigi. She is very experienced. The temperature of the stones were just nice. The message warmed up my body and I felt more relaxed and refreshed after the massage. The ambience was very relaxing once i stepped into the centre. Definitely revisit in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the worst massage I’ve ever had. I don’t know whether the therapist was tired or what but first thing she did was just to cover me up in so much oil so she didn’t need to use a single muscle herself. Really uncomfortable. Next, from the way she massaged and her movements really gave a sense that she definitely did not want to do what she was doing and gave me all that negative energy. Third, I tried telling her very friendly to make a bit slower movements and a bit deeper, but it just got worse. I went to Ozmosis really expecting it to be one of the best places in Bangsar and KL and was really looking forward to getting a nice afternoon massage to relax and get re-energized! But this was unfortunately not the case. I left with a horrible feeling in my body, I wasted my time and money and this really ruined my night. So I am extremely disappointed and sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked Valentine special couple spa. Which included a lot of things like, sauna, jacuzzi, massage and facial. After our spa session they served us high tea with fruits, pastry and tea. The package also included a night stay at ascott klcc. Our spa room was decorated with flowers and towel swan, the masseuse was good I enjoyed my massage. The only thing I was not satisfied was the facial. Over all there service and staff are excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant experience here! Ms Azura prepared a special birthday setup for me. Really nice of her. My husband booked an Osmosis Escapade package, but the massage session was extended to 90min for birthday special?. Overall, a very relaxing session and satisfying services. Recommended.
