Very bad and used tools are not sterilized and pedicure nails have used the same tools and are very expensive

โ โ โ โ โ I was having an annoying dull backache, being 6-months pregnant, and desperately googled for any prenatal massage. Ozmosis seemed nice but the Bangsar HQ was fully-booked, so I called up this relatively new branch and got an appointment on the spot.
The spa is very tranquil and I was referred to their prenatal massage therapist, Josie. She worked magic on my back pain and it went away after the massage. What I love about her was how knowledgeable she is about the pregnant body, how the spa is just the right temperature and not cold, the oil was heated to a lovely temperature, how thoroughly she massaged every muscle, how she concentrated and spent extra time on my problem spot. I was suffering from the ache but towards the end of the massage, I stood up and felt absolutely normal again. The pain has not returned so far (2 days after).
I booked a 90 minutes session and she kindly spent an extra 15 mins or so to help fix my back. Really appreciated her dedication.
The other staff and manager were kind too and I highly recommend this outlet. Wish I took pictures of the spa :)
