β β β β β The hotel is great, and the spa used to be the best in KL. I have been a guest in this hotel since more than 15 years. To my big surprise, the massage quality has done down the drain. You are left with wonderful spa decoration. The nice spa layout does not match the low quality of massage. I spent more than RM400 in this place, and feels like I lost my money for nothing. Never again.

Too Bad...Seem not encourage Day Pass Guest.

β β β β β Terrible experience - spent a large sum on the their services in one afternoon including dine in and they refuse to validate parking and charge an exorbitant rate - avoid this place, there are far better services in KL
