1. Near LRT station
2. Low density
Bad:
1. Although every unit has their own designated parking, it will still occupied by other car from other unit.
2. Very bad management. They won’t take any action for your parking issue.
3. Karaoke session in the midnight by mat rempit

1. Bad management service.
2. Bad security attitute
3. Pool not clean
4. No free parking for visitor.
5. Parking fee is very high ( Valet )
6. One of the valet person is very rude.
7. All big parcel and item come in need to register at management office first. So, if the parcel come in at 8pm after management close how? This is not acceptable. Management should think other way such as register at security table before enter the lift.
8. No notification said that need to register first for new tenant. How should we know?
9. No memo at entrance where management office located.
10. Cant wait to move out from here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place to stay, great for family, extremely convenient in terms of transportation, facilities, and shopping, wouldn't categorise this place on the hugh end of the spectrum, but perhaps in the mid range.
Overall highly recommended.
