โ โ โ โ โ When we moved in the room wasn't clean, especially floor in the bathroom. The room wasn't properly cleaned during the stay as well. In sufficient towers were provided during the stay. I had to request every time.
The glass wardrobe, between the bathroom and the room, is not great idea as during the night if someone goes to the bathroom you light up entire room.
The toilet seater is browniish color, has to be replaced.
The location is great.

โ โ โ โ โ Feels like home. We always stay here as a family. Very nice room, breakfast and dinner buffet. Staff are also very respectful. Will surely come back again and again.

โ โ โ โ โ Strategic location, in the heart of KL. Easy access to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion and so on. Cozy room and Comfy bed, the room is spacious, with a reasonable charges. The staff are friendly, especially the front counter, cafe service crew, and house keeping. I would like to give merit to the breakfast that they provide. Simple but delicious, even the cappuccino /latte are good one. Highly recommended for biz trip or family trip.

Hotel staffs very polite and friendly on the phone. Never dealt in person due to Quarantine. Picked up phone within 3 rings.
Downside is any food deliveries or item requests can only be sent during lunch and dinner time by the medical team as they need to be in full PPE. Understandable.
Aircond temp.cannot be adjusted. There was a controller but didn't think it worked. Can only effectively adjust the fan speed but not the temperature. Quite warm at times.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to entertain yourself and others. Many facilities. Polite staff and great food. Just five minutes walk to pavilion shopping centre. At night can enjoy various Malaysian cuisines nearby food trucks centre.

โ โ โ โ โ This hotel bring a sweet memory for me. Their room are huge, their bathroom are insanely big. Very good for couple during their honeymoon or with family. The breakfast was good. But the downside is the road from Pavillion to this hotel is too dark. But thank God nothing bad happen.

All the food for Hi Tea buffet mostly delicious m. Really worth the price. But please bring empty stomach so that you can taste everything.
Surau is at level 1, a bit far from the restaurant but it's comfortable and spacious.

โ โ โ โ โ It's a great place for a quiet holiday/weekend in the middle of the city. Booked it through Booking.com and then follow through the instructions in the email to complete the booking. After I have completed the transaction, there was no reply and upon arriving their system wasn't updated. So, it shows that I have not yet make payment. Luckily I've kept every single email and proof of transaction. Everything cleared after and they even upgraded my room. The service was good, room was spacious and love their bed. Their bathroom however need a little maintenance, the floor need a mat especially near the tub as it can get very slippery. Almost slipped few times walking in. In the morning, there was a bit of problem with the water temperature and my husband was using the tub suddenly brown water started to gush out. It looks like rusted water, we called the maintenance and he was pretty quick to respond. Fixed the water problem however the temperature still remains. So, we ended up shower with cold water before heading back. Everything was alright except the bathroom was a turn off.
