โ โ โ โ โ Been waiting for my spare part for a year. Such horrible after sales service. To date, pensonic is not contactable nor anyone has gotten back to me. Staffs sleep on the job. Management ambil gaji buta clearly from the bad reviews here. Service level = politicians

โ โ โ โ โ I visited pensonic because my gas stove were faulty. They told me that they would take from 7 working days to 14 working days. But after 2 days they called to tell me that everything were fixed. Yay! The customer service was good. I find them efficient. So now everything is working well now

โ โ โ โ โ Customer Service at front counter and telephone is excellent.Only grouse is the RM45 service charges(just for checking). repair charges are high.Other than that is okay.But consider nowadays nobody does repairs, I think is ok.
Those that want to take public transport, you may take the PJ04 bus at LRT Taman Bahagia.Disembark at Petronas Station Jalan 222

โ โ โ โ โ The location is quite and parking is always available. Customer service is very quick within 10 minutes. Staff are very engaging and soft spoken. Service that I have gotten is good as I needed servicing for the product.

โ โ โ โ โ I got off the phone with your customer service support and am sorely disappointed with the late delivery of the battery for my warranty repair on my cornell Stick Vacuum CVC-E2300CHC. The call center guy was good, but it's severely disappointing to wait for over a MONTH and still not yet resolved to get my issue resolved. What is up with your spare parts division ??? Please, deliver and buck up on your after sales service. I'm not happy with how bad the after sales timeline is. Not just me, but also multiple customers I know!
You didn't deliver on your promise to get my spare part delivered on the already very slow timeline of ONE month, and now I'm told to wait for ANOTHER month for my spare part. You're forcing me to get another vacuum to clean up my house for the festivities, I'm seriously disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ Location is easy to find, plenty of parking space. Interior looks well lit and good. However the lady at the service counter was so rude and not responding to my queries, I had to repeat many times before attended by a male staff, seems like a junior which is in total blur.
I felt sorry for him because he has to asked the rude lady and another lady beside him about my issue regarding recent purchase that arrived broken due to courier, and he even asked them about the procedure of initiating replacement and whether the replacement item is in stock or not. Oh boy, someone didnโt trained him properly. But heโs doing a good job trying to assist me as best as he could and even rechecked at the back of the room to see the item is there or not before proceeding with my return.
Got my replacement. It was quick actually if they trained their staff better and also someone at the counter need to have good PR.
