β β β β β Appalling service and communication, and highly misleading, bordering on dishonest, pricing. I had to juggle my packed work calendar to make time for an appointment in the late afternoon, and was then made to wait for 45 minutes for the appointment. I received multiple texts in the run up, but they didn't think to text me and warn me that the Dr was running late, wasting my time.
No information whatsoever was provided about possible side effects in the consultation, which surprised me as you would expect that type of honesty and information from a medical professional, to enable informed consent.
Having been given a minimum price ahead of the appointment which seemed expensive but perhaps palatable, if the service and technology were acceptable, I was then told there was a fixed price which was 3 times as high. This price was 5x higher than a reasonable practitioner near London! This "fixed" price was not communicated in advance, or easily visible on any price list.
I can only recommend most strongly that you avoid these people.

β β β β β I recently went to see Dr. Peter Ch'ng, and we both share the same chinese surname (Chinese Character). Dr. Peter's analysis and diagnosis was very thorough although he suggested to do a biopsy of my skin to determine the exact nature of the skin disease. But being a Diabetic Type 2, my endocrinologist has advised against the procedure unless absolute necessary.
Yes his consultation and products are on the expensive side, but tell me which good dermatologist doesn't charge premium? I do agree that the high prices means less people have no access to his care. so there's that.
RM190 for consultation in this day & age is quite reasonable.
Medication and other supplementary cost should be discussed with patient in my opinion before dispensing, otherwise the patient will be served with a BIG FAT bill, and it can be quite embarrassing for people to not want to be billed for certain supplements that can be obtained outside for a cheaper price.
The medicated cream FCORT that I received from Dr. Peter's clinic is very good, and in a short period of time it has healed my so called "Psoriasis / Chronic Eczema" I have decided to skip the Biopsy till it becomes a necessity.
All in all, I just want to say that Dr. Peter Ch'ng himself has been very kind, very accommodating and caring during his diagnostic and consultation towards me. He doesn't rush and explains in great detail. Not many are as kind and willing to spend the time to explain to their patients. Most if not all will just try their level best to explain quickly and ask you to do this and that so that they can carry on with their next patient.
So despite the charges & cost, I will still go back to Dr. Peter Ch'ng and I highly recommend him. Don't look at the cost of the consultation but look at the long term result from the investment. If it benefits you, then its well spent.

β β β β β Decided to stop the treatments with the clinic. Dr peter and the nurses were accommodative and nice. They provided an okay service. However i just couldnβt keep up with the cost of treatments. Each visit would cost a lot and it was very expensive! & the improvements on my skin were just so-so only. I dont expect flawless skin within 2 months as my acne was pretty bad but honestly i see very minimal improvements for the amount of money ive spent. Thank you anyways for the hospitality and service. Wish u all the best.

β β β β β Was thinking of doing eyebrows tattoo laser removal. The specialist gave honest advises and set realistic expectations with his profession.However, the place may not be ideal for people who experience a sudden skin outbreak likes allergy that causes inflammation, redness, itchiness or soreness which requires immediate attentions because the available appointment would most likely be 2 or 3 weeks later. if you re urgent , go somewhere else, cause it doesnβt seem like they have available time slots to deal with urgent skin problems.

β β β β β Although it is expensive, it's very worth it! I doubt you'd be able to find such high quality treatments and service for much cheaper. In less than a year my severe acne was completely gone, as well as all my blackheads. He is very thorough and careful with patients, and you get excellent service. I only stopped going because I moved countries, and I have not been able to find anyone as good as this doctor to help me.

β β β β β Reception is NOT friendly- NO smiles, NO Hello, No Welcome! Very robotic team at reception and very dismissive attitude. Not rude per se but yet not a welcoming clinic at all. My First time visit and wanted an expert to analyze my skin but The consultant fees for the main doc is exorbitant compared to other similar clinics BUT if first impressions is anything to go by then the $80.00 consultant doctor needs some facial dermatology work. I lost all faith when I notice her skin on her forehead was bad -JUST that demolished all my confidence in her assessment and recommendation of how I can improve my skin's health. Quotes for skin care was exorbitant- better to shop around

β β β β β See doctor Peter for improvement in women pattern hair loss. Initially medication + PRP did stop hair loss. Slowly stop medication and hoping with just PRP will regrowth hair. But unfortunately with 3 PRP sessions didn't regrow the hair. The price too expensive to experience and try the right method that maybe different for individual.
