★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite spacious and I can say that the place is so luxurious even for cats and dogs.. ?? lower level is for dogs while upper level for cats.. they even have operation and outpatient room! and I am glad that the cost to treat them is very affordable which is convenient for us.. no need to go to jln razak anymore because that one is quite far from my home.. anyways, I'm glad there's a place like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is spacious. G floor for dogs n 1st floor for cats. Dr Sasi checked my cat Dino. He did Xray n some tests. Liked tht the results came out almst immediately. 1st impression...I like this place. Plus Dr Sasi is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dr saved my cat, however, i just wish that they get the parents involved more when deciding on what additional procedures involved. All in all ok but it is expensive. But im glad my cat is safe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my cat Nemo to this clinic, cat was having high fever, no appetite and completely down.
Dr. Aimi attended my cat, listened to my concerns carefully and examined the cat followed by a blood test. The test was super quick and my cat was diagnosed with bacterial Infection.
Dr Aimi was kind enough to explain the numbers on the blood test results and gave a clear guideline on medicines and how to take care of the cat in tough times..
My cat was energetic next day itself and got recovered fast.
Thanks alot Dr Aimi and KM Global animal clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are good, vet is knowledgable. The services is quite extensive with ward and hospitalisation for pet. It's just for Muslim customer to be careful when sitting on certain chair or surface since the clinic are visited by dog owners too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place, my dog had a seizure and we brought her in. They were treating her from 9am and only gave us a call at 5pm just to tell us that there were no improvements at all. They told us to bring the dog to the medical centre after we picked her from the vet at 5pm. As we were on our way to the medical centre, she passed. We were not told of any sort of risk of her dying. They left her on drips for 8 hours in a cage just to tell us that there was no improvement. If they had told us to pick her earlier, there would have been a possibility of her still living. The doctors too couldn’t find the actual cause of the seizure. We visited the vet many times before as my dog had terrible skin itchiness but they were unable to find a cure for that too regardless of the amount of doctors that had given her a checkup in that clinic. The doctors there too dont seem very professional and they have very limited equipment and facilities. I totally do not recommend going there for emergency cases as they are not efficient and is most likely unable to save your dog.
