β β β β β 0 stars for 0 professionalism. I was worried and went there as I felt a lump in my throat. The 'doctor' implied that I was making it up and told me there is no way I can be feeling a lump there. Worst part is that although he didn't think there was anything wrong, he tried to brush me off by offering me antibiotics without any diagnosis whatsoever.
I then went opposite to KLINIK MEDIVIRON and the doctor immediately was able to diagnose it as tonsilitis.
I will definitely be reporting this to the MOH so nobody has to go through this.
Tldr: Do not waste your time or money at this place.

β β β β β I have been getting my medical assistance from this Clinic for almost 10 years. The Doctors are fantastic and always on point. Even competed some minor surgery with Dr.Jeya. Dr.Jeya is well experienced , gentle and a very detailed Doctor I have dealt with comparing many other clinic around Subang.

β β β β β Super horrible service. If u need urgent help, don't come here. There 3 patients in front of me, I have been waiting for almost 2 hours.
Theres also another child patient, came with his parents. Sweating profusely from fever. Pity him also have to wait for hours.
Don't come here if u want fast service. Doctor Jeya, please understand ur patients are sick. Treat them respectfully and consider hiring extra hand if u need help. Its stupid to wait for few hours if u are having fever and shivering in your cold waiting room with wooden chairs.
P/s:
The doctor himself isn't bad. Very experienced. Just the experience of waiting is more than horrible for me. Esp when u have food poisoning.

β β β β β Well experienced Doctors. The waiting time is long.. simple shows the doctors are good. Worth the time. Dr.Jeya never fails to explain your symptoms and gives you multipal options to treat your illness. Not just prescribing medicines. A men that knows his profession and does it very well.

β β β β β I came with my son whom was vomiting due to food poisoning. We waited for more than an hour and a half and yet we were unable to see the doctor. Seems like the clinic is more interested in attending to cash customers instead of insurance. I decided to go opposite to Klinik Mediviron and my son was able to see the doctor in less than 10 minutes. Think twice before proceeding to Klinik Jeya. A person could die gain conscious and would probably still have to wait!!

β β β β β Went there for my flu, cough. The doctor(looks young) ave me antibiotics for 3 days. It didn't help. Last time, I was given 7 days of antibiotics. Now, I have to fly to Bangkok for work and I am coughing like crazy. Basically it got worst. I usually don't write bad reviews, but when I write it means its really2 bad. I was coughing painfully in the taxi. Embarassing and disappointed at the same time. So so so dissapointed.

β β β β β One of the worst clinic ever. Made us wait for more than 1 hour without informing us that Doctor was out for lunch. When patience asked, the receptionist just constantly said reaching in 5 minutes several times. I hope you change your management because at this rate I hope other clinics around you will bankrupt you.

β β β β β This clinic has pros and cons. Pros are the main doctor (Dr.Jeya) is very knowledgeable and he is willing to listen and answer patients questions earnestly. Proper diagnoses are provided and explanations are very easy to understand. Staff are overall kind and the premise is clean. Cons are if you want to see Dr. Jeya, there would usually be patients in waiting and the waiting hour is long (since the doctor takes time to explain thing to patient). I would highly advise you don't make any important appointments or come here expecting to see the doctor within 5-10mins. If u are feeling really sick, do inform the staff nurses as they can let you see the doctor faster. This is based on years of experience coming to this clinic so I hope this helps.
