I sent 2 of my Office Business Coats there last week for Dry Cleaning .
I did my collection on 21st Oct afternoon.
On 24th morning, as I was about to wear one of my coats, I noticed a sweat stain still visible on one of my coats.
I went back to Pressto LINC and met the same Filipino lady to ASK if this stain could be removed... I was totally shocked when she suddenly ACCUSSES me of having USED my coat...WTH!!! IT'S ONLY RM 20++ FOR THE CLEANING!!!
WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT TO CHEAT YOU?!?!
I would have gladly accepted an answer like "we tried but that stain can't come out"
But to be accused of USING my coat????
I am totally appalled by this accusation.
I hope the owners of Pressto take measures to prevent this kind of DAMAGE to your reputation.
As for me, I will take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10x more expensive than any other laundry in the area, they cater to expats and those that don't know they are getting ripped off. And their service is terrible. Just Google any place in the area and you'll be certain to save money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my laundry, took my money, gave me a receipt, then called back later in wanting three times more money. Terrible terrible service, manager or whatever he was was rude and evasive and should be fired. Any reputable place would not call back asking for higher prices after they've already taken my stuff AND my money.
