★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. May Chay, and her colleagues provide excellent "professional services".... and, in my opinion, is Penang's leading Orthodontist--- based on:
a. her broad experience and training in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and California,
b. her extensive "orthodontist/dental research" for many years in Hong Kong & Singapore,
c. her experience teaching dental college students.
The team is very professional, helpful in explaining and providing all relevant options for the full range of treatment issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Dr. Chay as an obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patient. In fact I had been suffering from OSA for many years and did not know it. Dr. Chay, who sub-specializes in OSA, expertly diagnosed my condition and prescribed an oral appliance called Somnodent, which changed my life (and probably saved it too since OSA does lead to serious heart problems).
From my experience, Dr. Chay is thoroughly professional, conscientious and ethical. She does not advise a course of treatment that is not suitable for, or in the best interest of, a patient. She takes the time to thoroughly advise patients and to provide a treatment plan that is clear, reasonable and truly adapted to the patient’s condition.
In my opinion, Dr. Chay is amongst the preeminent orthodontists in Penang, or for that matter in Malaysia. Her clinic is centrally located in the Pulau Tikus area; it is bright, clean and pleasantly decorated and is staffed with experienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional service! I'm very happy with both the outcome and process of the orthodontic treatment I got there. The doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. The doctor took the time to address any individual needs or concerns that I had and I never felt rushed or asked to come in for no reason. Appointments were always respected and the staff is always polite and efficient. I would recommend the clinic to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here i i got my braces done. Very satisfied with the results. Recommended by my dentist friend. I wasn't surveyed anywhere else but sign up the treatment at this clinic right away. Dr. Chay is super knowledable and classy. She hands on every patient. Very professional staffs. Neat and beautiful clinic. Every visits are pleasant. No problem on making an appointment, as long as they have slots. Be rational on how advanced you book the slot. You'll never go wrong with this clinic for braces or other orthodontics treatment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing the review here. Called the clinic to ask about the service and package price but was requested to come to the clinic instead. During the visitation, the Dr. just made a simple checking procedure of the teeth and filled up a std. format quotation. This last less than 5 minutes. I was shock when asked to pay Rm80 for such quotation. It is a Courtesy of the clinic to inform the charges before hand.
