★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Public Bank at Starparc with my aged mother today to reactivate her frozen account. My mother uses a walking frame to walk and so it was a bit inconvenient.
The customer service officer, Ms SL Su (I hope I got her name right) was so helpful. She went back and forth to help us. She was efficient, courteous and professional.
We were very pleased with the service from this exemplary staff of Public Bank Starparc.
