★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great!! Well managed condominium. Security and facikities are top class in Johor. Near by Putri houbour is not bad to hang out but not enough. 20mins trip is need to get big supermarket to buy groceries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ most of the units are empty. the car park and apartment units are not connected with the lif5 so basically you need to take 2 different lifts to go from your car park to your apartment unit . its quite a bit of walking. so shops nearby . you need to drive out to get stuffs. however apartment size is big and fits 6 to 8 people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guarded and need access card. A lot of swimming pools. With gym. And nice view at level 27. Where u can do fitness workout and witness the sun rise by the straits. Not a busy town. A good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like home you do every thing your self. Very quite relaxing place Perfect for family stay. Nice huge swiming pool. Spectacular gallary view at 27.
Just too many house rules and they love to set fines for any violations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice specious apartment. Booked a 3 bedroom and comes with 3 bathrooms. Nice swimming pool. Visitor parking can be a pain as the visitor lots are at the top two levels and vehicle flow is confusing. There appear too many car park lots reserved for residents as only 10% are occupied.
