Took order at 9.00pm
Waited until 9.40pm, still not serve any food including drinks.
No staff even asked.
9.45pm asked the cashier where's our order
Told me it was not in the system.
Worse dining experience.

Mushroom soup too salty and the soup powder still not melt yet, tamago in greenish yellow colour, I worry beef will over cook so ordered beef slice tepanyaki, like chewing rubber and tasteless, beef taste like boil in water then mix with blackpepper sauce, this is not tepanyaki lar, cabbage under cook and only see few pieces of fried garlic which look like prepared last year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raku Tenppanyaki is located on the first floor of the Seremban Gateaway. The interior and design of the restaurant are very stunning. The overall atmosphere was pleasant. The waiters are polite and attentive to your needs. The cuisine is a combination of Japanese and western influences. Sushi that is both fresh and full of flavour. However, the teppanyaki was not quite as good as Teppanyaki Malaysia, which was a disappointment. The fried garlic was a little too crispy. But their wasabi was good compare to most of the Japanese restaurant here. The food was tasty, and the quality was reasonable with the price that was charged. It's definitely worth a shot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken Teriyaki and the Chicken Katsu Don tasted delicious. Miso soup can be improved. Ambience is nice. Had to wait a while for the food during lunch hours, but service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teppanyaki is good. Ordered their gozen meals-australia sirloin steak. Like the taste. Tried their shiro maguro and salmon sashimi. Fresh but taste normal. Simply tried crispy soft shell crab. Didnt surpise me. Last to say, one of the staff, guess is the boss, is very friendly and polite.
