β β β β β Was there on the evening of 30/04/22with a party of 11 to celebrate my mothers birthday, despite making reservations and confirming it 2 days before, upon arrival, was told they did not have our reservation, was told to come back an hour later. Came back an hour later and ordered our food, table service is non existent, serve your own tea and soy sauce and all.
Towards the end, they came to confirm our order of 20 piece of prawn tempura, they clarified its 3 prawn per servings, we changed it to 10 servings, the waiter then reminded us there will be a surcharge if we cannot finish, we said bring the food we been waiting so long, it never came. then we asked for the cake we passed them ealier to be brought out, to our surprise, the ice cream cake was all melted, they did not even dares to bring up the cake, asked for the manager for an explanation, could not explain why the cake melted despite being placed in the chiller. what a sour experience. will not retrurn... rubbish service

β β β β β Great dinner experience. Personally like the nabe soup and ramen. The sashimi is fresh with a lot of variety. They serve oysters and scallops too.

β β β β β I went to try this newly opened restaurant recently and be honest their food is just overall average and for that price and the quality didnβt meet.
The sashimi only salmon was good. The tuna was disappointing because the part of Tuna is not the best and the taste and texture isnβt good if youβre sashimi lover. I guess you will know.
Even the sushi roll is rice content so easy too to feel full but surprisingly it was good. I recommend to try their sushi roll, fried tempura, fried scallop, and raw salmon.
The rest were just on average or not very standout.

β β β β β I would agree with most diners that they serve good amount of varieties of Authentic Japanese food. Being Ala Carte buffet style, you may order anything from the menu.
However, these are my honest opinions.
A) Most food are well portioned and neatly presented. Nice plating
B) Agemono items are well fried, moisture maintained and taste good combinations of dripping sauce.
C) Food items serve are not that efficient with 2 hours time block. When are they busy, all items serve will be 3 times slower.
D) All the teppanyaki items are very Salty. And other food we tasted are so-so only. SASHIMI are not really fresh, other frozen food like oyster and scallops are kinda blant & tasteless.
E) The Haagen Dazs ice cream aweful & uglyly scooped and melted.
F) Service staffs are not attentive even though they are not busy. We have to call every time to clear the pile up finished dishes. I have tried to waving my hand for 19 seconds in front of few staffs, yet I have to use "Hello!" to get their attention.
G) They don't allowed you to take your own drinks but they are not helpful on refilling drink.
H) Some of the food items we reordered, you may find the presentation and garnishing are all different.
I) You may want to skip whatever items are on the buffet table.
Practically this restaurant are still new. There are still many areas need to be improve. Being another closest choice for Mitasu, you are still far behind.

β β β β β There was a hype of this place, and somehow manage to secure reservation . Abit skeptical asp the food review was mixture of good& bad.
Well, the 1st impression when entered the shop~crowded.
The menu (sashimi) dont indicate pieces/plate.Was informed it was 3 pieces/ plate. Apparently there are limitation of no. of plates /order (sashimi)~ one of the waitress (chubby) told us we are only allowed to order 5 plates sashimi/ order?.
Some of the order placed was not keyed into their system and the food portion is small.
Their katsu was supposedly pork loin( as per menu) but it taste like chicken katsu to me.
Overall, the food taste so so (my 2 cents).
Will i be return??
The good thing, there are ample parking and other eateries nearby?

β β β β β Waiter and waitress here are pretty humble, service was good. Can improve from the grilled salmon as it was very dry like cupboard. Some sashimi was not fresh but at least the salmon sashimi was decent. Calm was really good but kinda inconsistent. The cleaness of the restaurant is fine, will be great if the tea cup is clean.

β β β β β Really disappointed, never returning back. The food tastes awful, thereβs no quality control. The Haagen Daaz ice cream flavor is basic. The sashimi is sliced thinly. The nigiri and maki is absolutely terrible, the nigiri has too much rice and the maki has soggy fillings. The eggplant dish is garbage. The salmon salad dish on the counter is stale. The mochi is not bad. For the price you could get much better quality elsewhere ala cartΓ©. Sushi King taste and quality for Rakuzen price.

β β β β β Overall experience is 3.5 star but i gave 4 stars because of their excellent staff service! They are proactive and fast in responding to our request despite it was a public holiday and very crowded.
Food variety is good and surprisingly the sashimi were very very fresh. Donβt recommend their baked oyster, baked scallop and some other cooked seafood as it was not fresh, i guess those were frozen seafood to cut their cost down?
My two cents advise is to order a bit of everything to try first.
