β β β β β It's been awhile. Enjoyed a hot cup of flat white after walking and shopping around. Coffee is still good. Maybe due to the holidays, cakes are not replenished.

β β β β β I have to camp here to attend a con call meeting while being on leave. The staff remain very friendly and attentive even though i bought only an americano. Missed their scorns. Like it that they provide charging stations at each table, which is a saving grace when my phone was down to 6% and the meeting was still on going... most customers seem to be working while chilling out in this cafe. The ambience of the cafe is good too. Too bad it is in the middle of open space , so it wonβt be too quiet.

β β β β β The cakes here are actually really good. I especially like the dark chocolate banana cake, carrot cake and tiramisu with caramelized almonds. The cakes are moist and hold just the right amount of sweetness. The coffee here is decent but not spectacular. They often have teatime promos around 3pm (e.g. buy a cup of coffee and a slice of cake and get an extra cup of coffee for free/ 20% discount on total bill for Maybank cardholders). I donβt recommend the western breakfast though - itβs below average and you canβt even customize the eggs to your liking (they only serve them scrambled). Overall, itβs a comfortable and cozy place for coffee and dessert after a relaxing afternoon of shopping.

β β β β β Hot coffees and teas start at RM12.50. My flat white had a smoky aroma. Chai tea latte is good, but a little sweet. Orange poppy muffin is kinda bad after being reheated. Became tough and spongy. Service staff was cheerful and effective although she had to handle the whole place by herself. Entertainer app and Boost accepted.

β β β β β The coffees are actually pretty good. The cakes are good too, however it is no consistent. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's lacking in textures. The staffs are quite friendly. Located in middle but it's quite cozy. Few credit cards promotions related based on the events. Worth the visit if you would like to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

β β β β β One of my favourite coffee stop in paradigm. Especially for their cold caramel macchiato, truly something to savour. The ambience is alright and quite. There will be a bit of traffic over the weekend.
Food/Drinks: 5/5
Parking: 5/5 RM1 for weekdays and RM2 for weekend first two hours
Service: 5/5 the male barista is always very friendly and kind
Price: 4/5 pricing is similar cheaper than Starbucks but definitely taste better

β β β β β Redcups Coffee is located on UG level of Paradigm Mall, the same level as Uniqlo. The place isn't too big but has a cozy seating arrangement. We received courteous and quick service. Coffee was thick and strong in a large cup. The doughnut and almond tiramisu were pretty sweet and complimented the coffee. A great place for a cup of coffee and some cake for tea time.
