★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend Mr Lok enough. My newly bought house suffers from low water pressure and I had asked Mr Lok to diagnose the issue. Not only did Mr Lok arrive on time, he was very professional and friendly throughout his inspection. He spent a good hour up in the attic despite the afternoon heat. He found that the water pump installed had to be reset. Once this was done, the water pressure issue was solved. Mr Lok even took the trouble to explain to me all about water pumps with pictures he took. And if that wasn't enough, Mr Lok refused to accept payment, saying that no real "work" was done. I was flabbergasted. Thank you Mr Lok, you have won yourself a loyal customer.
