★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know how the managemnt work here. One staff should learn how to talk nicely with others. For me the rules here like u stay in the hostel. You already have access card, but still need to pay another rm25 each person just to use fasilities such as swimming pool, gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can’t sleep properly since February. Beside my house fire alarm bell ringing constantly couple of time in 24hrs everyday until now.
It’s so difficult to stay with this kind of noises.
I have informed to Platinum victory Facebook page but no response.
Really disappointed of there service, if there service here like this then how we can believe there promises while bought house from them?

IT SO NICE! THE HOISE IS AMAZING! We get a promo price on top of that. ? But the parking space a bit suck! Too high. ? So many access card. The lobby entrance also kind of confusing. ? 10/10 for that Air BnB house~ ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space for you to park before check in is limited. So if someone is checking in front of you, your car will block the resident entrance.
The visitor carpark is slightly further from the lobby lift area. better drop off your elderly in front of lift before parking.
Swimming pool is small but at least got swimming pool. There are 8 lifts so no need to wait too long.
The problem here is cars that parked along the entrance roads. Some were the residents some comes from outsiders. Very irritating ?
At night not too noisy because it’s not near busy roads. Overall liveable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from its location its carpark ramps are a little tight. Otherwise its not too bad a place to go home to. Facilities are very basic - small pool, play ground, gym and sauna, community hall.
