โ โ โ โ โ Strict security. Has a pool. Gym has minimal & old equipment (no treadmill). Rental is cheap. Management is quite unpleasant. Many eateries nearby. Units facing Jalan Genting Klang will suffer from noise pollution all the way to the highest floor. CCTV in lifts and first few floors.

WHAT GOD SAYS WHEN YOU WRECK YOUR LIFE
A wife borrowed her husbandโs brand new car, and she wrecked it. It didn't hurt her, but she just demolished the car. She felt so bad. She reached in the glove compartment where they kept their insurance papers and got them out.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice condo. Amenities include a gym, squash court, swimming pool, bbq area, tennis court, and kids playground. Average house rental is around rm1200 to rm1400 per month. Room rental is around rm400 per room. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with balcony.

Parking 3 hour max given to visitor every hour extended will be charge Rm5!?
Pay overnight Charge to Rm20!?
Parking rental cost Rm120-130 kinda ridiculous for me other high end or example PV also Rm90-100.
Lift look bad 1*, Road was bad 1*,Badminton court bad 1*.
That all i can say from what i experience from this Old type condo .
