★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a miserable experience with this Owner. Truly unbelievably bad customer service. They attempted to rent us a room that was falsely advertised as a "private space", then booked another guest to share the space with us. We complained to staff. They told us to "book another room". We did...an entire apartment in the same building thru a different Owner, for the exact same price that we would have paid for their shared "superior room." When we then requested a refund the Owner told us "people like you don't deserve good customer service"...just a fair warning: DO NOT support this hotel! We have literally stayed at hundreds of hotels/hostels/homestays and never encountered an Owner as sneaky and unreasonable as this. Very sad that people behave this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is ok, and reasonable clean. But they claim to be a luxury hostel, which I do not agree. The rate was RM70 for one night in a 4 bed dorm. Towels or locker are charged extra. In the room there are no hooks or sideboards or anything to put your stuff on. The beds are not so comfortable to me as some other guests described before. The hostel is located in a quite big complex whith lots of other hotels, hostels and regular flats. The hostel is quite difficult to find, plus there is one elevator that can not go to the level where the hostel is. But one can not know because its written nowhere.
The skyline infinity pool is part of the building and available to all guests of all hotels and hostels, so this is a feature of the location and no unique selling point of this hostel. WiFi is good and fast. staff is friendly and helpful. But for that price the facilities could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't stay here again. The staff was okay, the beds were fine, but my biggest complaint was that I went to ask the taxi stand for help getting a taxi and he charged me nearly triple the regular price of a taxi. It's unfortunate but I wouldn't want to stay at a place that I can't trust and I wouldn't want anyone else to stay at a place that they can not trust. Personally, I would not recommend this place. I hope the gentleman working the taxi stand gets told something because of my comment. I dont like to be ripped off and I feel like you're supposed to be able to trust the hotel you're staying at. There's plenty of great deals in KL and this was not one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostel was ok. Only booked because of the Skypool and that it was close to Batu caves. From any other attraction it's quite far away. Very small room, even the biggest one. About 12-15 square meters room with 4 bunk beds. No place to pack aside a small locker. The luggages are all in the way. Cannot stand up straight to pack on your lower bed, cuz the upper one is in your face or the ladder or other bed is in the way.. Can straighten out only in the middle of the room. 2 toilets and shower is certainly not enough for 3-4 Dorms in one single apartment.. It's a new, clean place, the little attached balcony to the multidorm apartment was nice. Well equipped, chargers built in to each bed, beds comfortable. Would be nicer if upper beds are removed completely. Has kitchen, all you need and a living room. Downstairs laundry, minimart, nice garden, cafes. Service? Not sure who provided: had to search hard from who to ask for a towel and a blanket as it was forgotten to be put out for the first night. Any info was given by other stayers not by workers. Skypool is fantastic, with fabulous view, but sometimes too crowded. Had lots of fun with the other stayers. For a few nights it's a good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to find. More an appartement with some bulk beds. Sheets/ bed was very dirty, didn’t seem like it was washed at all. Also the rest of the hostel was not so clean. Someone was sick in our room so the smell was very bad. First asked for another room what was not possible. After I booked another hostel, they where not willing to refund at least one night. (Was planning to stay there for 2 nights)
Worst hostel experience ever.
Oh. The view was great tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing view of Twin Towers and east of city from balcony, bed was clean, comfortable and equipped with charger port. There is a gym downstairs, a pool on the roof and a storage locker of moderate size. However I take 2 stars away because no one was at reception when I went to check out during check out hours, the key deposit is 50 ringgit, towel is charged extra, the bathroom or room itself was not particularly clean, and the social atmosphere is a bit strange and cramped. I take another star away because the elevator can take 15 minutes or more to arrive, and if the elevator does arrive sooner it still takes about 15 minutes to get to the nearest subway, that is if you manage to navigate the huge hotel complex by going down through the basement garage outside and up a staircase along a highway, and find and make it through the nearby multi-level mall to the correct exit on the second floor, which all makes checking in and finding the hostel quite difficult, and a significant inconvenience going in and leaving even after you've completely figured out where to go. But I give only one star because the staff were touching my things on multiple occassions. One staff member took my clothes and put it in the drying room without my permission. In that room I found a cockroach, by the way. And I walked in on a receptionist in my room looking on my bed, for what I don't know, and he was not cleaning anything. I did not have anything stolen, it's worth to note, but still reprehensible, a violation of privacy and shows lack of respect for guests and their belongings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good and affordable place to stay for a couple of nights. It is quiet and not much of an atmosphere but that is to be expected since it's not really a hostel. The view from the pool is really amazing. The beds where nice and cozy. The apartment was clean and tidy. The two guys I was in contact with were really nice. I would say if you're a backpacker looking for a place to relax with a splendid view for a couple of days this is the place for you in KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend. Conveniently located with a mini mart and washing machines on the ground floor and both a shopping mall and train stations within walking distance.
The dorms look just like the pictures with wonderful views of the city skyline and Towers. The beds are very comfortable, each bed has a locker, towels are available and both the dorms and the bathrooms are kept very clean.
There's a small kitchen with a stove and refrigerator for guests to use and complimentary drinking water.
All the staff are very friendly, helpful and personable and there's complimentary evening meet ups offered every night.
Thank you all for a wonderful stay!
