★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had an appointment at 10.15am. went in and had to queue for another 10 person. whats the use of making appointment when u had to wait for quite long time. waste of time. should improve your management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls remove the appointment ticket system its a waste of space. Make an appointment at 2.30 pm enter after an hour? What's the point of making an appointment. Will close all accounts in rhb, such a waste of time.

Thank you Mr Zed Leong and Puan Zura - your "budi bahasa and kesopanan" made my day. THANK YOU. Immediately after I was attended by Mr Iskandar who made me feel right at home and spoke to me in kindness and consideration. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff only knows how to give reasons upon reasons. The service is extremely slow. Trying to renew my card. Asked me to come back the next day. Telling me card renewal can only be done before 2pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were rude when i asked questions , did not respecting customers privacy and shown bad faces and not trying to help, seems like handling customers is a very troublesome jobs for them. The staff looks like customers than the customers, definitely won't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bank. Scammer. Been applied for flexi housing loan here. Extra Money being deducted from withdrawal account and can't tell what and why. Statement not showed!! Called to bank and the customer service can't tell at All!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 1230 appointment on QMS app. I arrived at 1230pm and given a manual plastic ticket. Although I am supposed to be 5th in line, but with just 1 person working at counter, I need to queue for almost another hour! What's the point of making appointment in advance on QMS app?? Really lousy idea by rhb!! I am glad that I am here to close my account and end my relationship with this bank. We are in Year 2022, banks still never change....for all the upcoming digital banks, time to take over from dinosaur GLC banks that are totally irrelevant in the 21st century.
