โ โ โ โ โ As a Premier account holder I was shocked when the security guard refused to allow my driver to park at the allocated spot eventhough my personal account manager had a word with him and told him we were Premier customers. He was extremely rude and demanded my card etc and car sticker inspite of being told my account didnt have a car and the car stickers had run out. Very very rude Nepali who needs to understand that in Malaysia females arent treated as second or third class people. Either train them properly or dont let them have contact with customers. There is usually a lovely Indian man who is careful when my dad comes helping him along but not today. Please teach your guards some manners.

โ โ โ โ โ The downfall for this branch or any OCBC Branches are their Arrogant and Ignorant Security guards. Totally abbrasive and does not show any customer service skills! People know customer service is not their skills and NOT sure why they would want to help us getting the number! By the way, they would give something wrong! Utter rubbish branch and in fact closed all the dealing with OCBC! Good luck with your ignorant security guards!
