β β β β β Turn have to wait very longβ¦counter got 5 but open just 1-2 only.CIMB should hire more staff to handle at countre n make line faster.such a waste time to wait 1 by 1 to get in there.its 2021 not 2001 anymore β¦so make ur system efficiently n easy to customer

β β β β β I come here regularly to do my banking; I cannot understand why there is no line for senior citizens like everywhere else. I hv on numerous occasions brought it up to the staff on duty (like 2day at 1.03pm) but to no avail - I was just ignored!
The line is exceptionally long & it's hard to stand for long hours in the heat. Pls be a little considerate to the elderly. Think of yr own relatives!

β β β β β Very disorganized, takes two hours to get anything done. They also make you queue outside in the hot sun and when you get inside there's hardly anywhere to sit.

β β β β β My experience only using the atm machine, so far there is no problem with the machine, you can use same machinr for atm or cdm, they do also have extra 2 atm machine and 2 cheque deposit machine. Location is strategic and easy to find. Parking is quite hard to find if you come at office hour.

β β β β β IF YOU GO TO USE ATM MACHINE EVERYTHING OKAY BUT IF YOU WANT TO OPENING ACC CIMB PLEAS NEVER EVER GO THERE ...THEIR SERVICE VERY BAD ! I NEED TO WAIT ALMOST 2HOUR ....I COME EARLY TO FRONT RECEIPTION AROUND 9:15 AM THEN THEIR STAFF FORGET TO GIVE ME NUMBER THEN I WAIT AROUND 2HOUR THEN IM GOING TO THE RECEPTIONIST N TAKE NEW NUMBER ... UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF EVER I MEET !!!!!!

β β β β β Just want to share only. I was very angry with CIMB staff named Umi. She admitted she did the biometrics for authorized person WITHOUT even look at the details of the letter or the person. Without read what's the purpose. Without know who's the person relate. It's became unsecured for the bank account where she showed that the person or the purpose isn't important. So, I talked to my lawyer already if it is really unsecure for the account and dangerous to me. So, I'm good now coz my lawyer will look for it. So, thanks so much Umi. May be you can just retired and rest well after this.
