They closed atm / cash deposit machine at 8am - 9am just to service the machine / take the money. Should hire security company to do this rather than taking forever to do it. Also if neeed to service do it earlier (before 8am). Dont be lazy. Banking start at 9am. Machine also neeed to start at 9? Ridiculous

Public bank is open with closed sign. A few of us waiting outside wasn't allowed inside despite there's customer in there. Was redirected to SS2 public bank along with the others. The thing is, we called beforehand 3 days ago before visiting and they advised us to visit today, which it is still closed. Waste my time only.

Best experience among ofher branches, enough resources to cater queue and good service. Took less than 5 minute to replace my card.

Waited 40 minutes to get to customer service, which btw only one counter was open. There was only one person in front of me in the q when I arrived, was not allowed to even wait inside even tho there were barely anyone inside, was sweating profusely at 11am standing outside. The idea of following SOP was ridiculous when there was no indication of at least with a piece of paper on the door how many are allowed, and how the system works. I even called to check if I can make an appointment but was told no need. Everyone that came just tried to open the door that was locked and guarded, and people that had to go upstairs (typically loan related or premium banking) were just allowed in, is there less chances of getting covid upstair than downstairs normal customer service? The whole time I was there, the guard was acting like the customer service where he would ask what is the purpose of visit, instead of the customer service which came out once to ask and didn't show up again when the line was 6 people long. The whole situation was just ridiculous. Come on public bank, at least try to provide some decent service for your customers in the prime area. I went to Maybank during covid too, had to go for customer service, with a line of 20 people at klcc branch I was attended to within 10 minutes, in comparison to your service.

Used to be one of the most efficient banks around the area. Now it's just ridiculous. More than 10 customers lining up outside this branch at 3.30pm and there is only ONE counter operating. How does this even work?? At 3.50pm you just send the security guard telling customers who are in the queue to come tomorrow if we can't wait because you're closing at 4pm. So we've been queing here for nothing?? What kind of service is this??
