★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to find parking here. Either you (1) Take a Grab or (2) Ride the MRT (SURIAN station) and walk here. What’s truly terrible about this place is the staff. They seriously don’t care about what you want or what you want to inquire about. **I came at the most leisure time but they still treated me like trash.
Maybe change occupations if you hate your job so much?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New faces at the counters and they looked clueless and the best thing they could say when i asked about my ASB account, sorry “sistem kita offline”. One lady was busy talking on the phone (i could hear she was busy gossiping). When her staff asked some questions, she just pointed out here n there without leaving her phone conversation. How unprofessional! I was then asked to go to other agents to print out my dividends statement. Went to RHB and being told only BSN or PNB can print out the dividends. Looks like BSN gave me wrong information. RHB also has kindly helped me with other issues relating w ASB issues. All i can conclude BSN KD has no initiative to assist its customers. Lazy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today to enquire more about my interest in opening the giro esaver account. However, your staff said it's no longer available. Why wasn't the website updated with this info? Worst thing is, your staff who asked me why am I there and issued me the q-ticket didn't even bother to tell me upfront that the giro esaver account no longer available.
Wasted my time to visit the branch. Please improve your customer service. I have to be the one to greet them Hi and say good morning and all as if I am serving them like they are the boss!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would avoid BSN Kota Damansara. Very bad service. Went for a transaction and the banker asked for many sensitive question on the counter. You don't ask people salary publicly. No PDPA declaration form was given. No explanation on why sensitive data was requested. Extremely not satisfied as banker did not understand and implement PDPA througy. Definitely will go to other better BSN branch
