★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I go to RHB Kuantan I feel like an inmate rather than a customer. People working here are simply clueless. After 3 attempts to open an account I gave up. Not a helping or smiling person around. Go to that counter, no go to that one, please wait a while, sorry you don't have the correct documents, sorry you need deposit....Cannot tell me that immediately ? Never expect any kind of customer service. Mr Teo at counter 1. Please leave the bank business you are rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad personal or business services. Treated customer impolite without a pleasant greet. You work there, you now owned the bank. Doesn't need to be so arrogant. Hope upper management sent their staff to Public Relation class.
