Very bad service. The staff need to improve their performance. Most of them are not willing to work as a front liner. I think government sector is much better now if compare to the private company like RHB.

been patiently banking here for 3 years with no improvement to service quality. not only that, the bank process is horrible, shady interest rates, missing transactions and closes accounts with no sop. on top of that, all the workers have a sense of entitlement due to their "seniority" hence all questions are handled as a joke. i have proudly stoped baking with RHB because of this branch.

The staff are nice and helpful. Had to use the Western Union service here and they were pleasant enough to guide me on how to go about. Of course there are a couple of characters that just always look like they’re fed up with their job, but doesn’t affect the good experience that came with this bank branch. Seating isn't very comfortable, but it's a small place and low traffic anyway.

At a major RHB branch and only one CDM and two so-so ATM machines, they need to get better.

The worst experience I had for banking service. I've changed the PIN for reapply debit card on the spot and I was unable to access to my account through ATM. I've told the staff my problem and he told me to come on the next day then will be able to access to it. When I came the next time was still unable to access to my account using my debit card. I went to the staff again and they ask me to create another card, suspect that I forget my PIN. On the same day I was unable to access to my account with debit card, why can't you help to advise and check what wrong while I surely know my password well. Now I have to pay for the second time which is a very ridiculous thing.

Service was VERY slow! Waited 2 hours just to open an account. Staff was not professional at all. Imagine waiting in line for 2 hours with only 4/5 customers in the branch. Ridiculous!
