★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best budget-friendly accommodations at bukit bintang. Breakfast is good. The service is commendable. The fact that its located next to Low Yat Plaza is really a plus given i’m myself love to be considered as gadget-geeks. Very walkable to Berjaya Times Square (you can use one of the entrance at Low Yat Plaza for a short cut to BTS). Pavilion and numbers if luxurious brands are also walking distance from the hotel. Yes of course you have to experience to walk by the homeless and there are a number of them... please be street smart and they wont disturb you. Yes KL is one of safest city in the world... so please dont worry just be cautious all the time. However, walking alone at late night, is still a no-no...

I like the service of the staff even 3 star hotel seems i feel like 5 star taking care by this hotel ..i repeat the food order again when im back home from lalamove so delicious, portion huge and nice packinging . Federal cafe hotel capitol keep it up well done ?

The hallway is dark some of the light is broken. It looks like a creepy scene from a horror movie.
The room doesn't have big light. all small and yellow light.
I cannot makeup and I cannot focus typing even tho my laptop brightness is at the highest.
The lift are noisy even in the room can hear.
The comforter!!!
It's super gross!!!
There is a chocolate spot all over in the comforter. No, I didn't take pictures. GROSS!
Plus I think there is a bugs bed. It is NOT a pleasant experience.
I will never come here again even for free!
That one star is for the staff at the counter. They are super friendly.
NO STAR FOR THE ROOM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 1st honeymoon hotel, me and husband ? 6 years ago.. Today 2022 we come back.. 1st thing criteria my husband will choose hotel in Kuala Lumpur is car park, is it safe or not.. In this hotel, we can park our cark at Plaza Low Yat basement parking.. And easily access by cross road to this hotel.. And parking ticket is free, just bring the ticket to reception everytime going out or before check out..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel room is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located conveniently with some malls near it, such as Plaza Low Yat, Berjaya Times Square, Sungei Wang.
Unfortunately, the frequent low rumbling sounds of fans or motors can be heard, not sure whether they are from inside or outside the hotel. For me, it isn't a big issue, but the same can't be said for everyone.
Overall, quite a good hotel to stay in and will stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay in this hotel past a few years, still going back when I in KL , after Covid, this time I went back it’s since the place quite old now , smelly carpet , smoking floor make the place even worst.the tv hard to turn on , and nothing to see, no even a movie entertainment, don’t understand why so a few channels?
Apart of that, the room still very comfortable and clear, great location , LRT , Monorail just 5 mins away, shopping central just around the corner , front staffs super friendly and helpful , thanks for helping make a phone call to check online renew passport information.
Good job . Will see you guys soon.
