β β β β β Best place to stay. Best management, cool pool and facilities, friendly staff.
EXCEPT, at night, there will be few rempit with no common sense will passby the small road between Sterling Condo and Kelana Point with their FREAKING LOUD motorcycle. So loud.. you can't even sleep properly at night if you're sensitive to sound. Their peak time during weekdays is 12am to 5am, Friday 9pm to 7am, Weekend (whole night). The pub nearby (located at Kelana Point) is also very loud. Lots of drama going on outside of the pub haha

β β β β β Nice condominium with decent facilities especially the 3 court badminton hall. It is free as long as you made a booking. The guard is friendly and responsible and entrance require access card. The only deal breaker is the parking lot design is very inconvenient and a little bit retarded...

β β β β β Came here only to pick something up and did not get the chance to see much except the exterior. First impressions:
+ impressive drop off zone, but dimly lit at night
+ very generous and well constructed parking floors and visitor parking bays
+ the security guards were polite and professional. They were stationed at strategic locations too.
+ pretty decent location away from the main roads
- maybe there are separate lobby areas for each building and maybe they're beautifully built but I as a visitor never saw them
- visitor entry into the guard entrance may be a problem if more than 2 cars are waiting to enter
I would like to check this place out a little more in future.

β β β β β Facilities are great overall, but I only have an issue with the security guards. Went over to visit my relatives, and the security guard in the carpark misdirected us to the other block of the building hence forcing us to walk to our designated block which is quite far. Also they have this silly rule where after 12 o'clock at night, visitors are not allowed to enter no matter what even with the consent of the residents.
