I love the neighbors here. People here are always helpful and responsive. Even people never meet each other, but everyone here are willing to help.
For example, sharing what's nice food near the condo. For example, provide live updates of situation around the condo. For example, answering to the questions about defects, water heater etc to provide guideline. For example, borrowing and lending cooking oil/kicap from the neighbors.
The neighbors are just very lovely here. ?
Another thing is definitely the committees that are formed by the neighbors. They are very thoughtful and considerate. They have actually put in a lot of thoughts into helping to improve the quality of staying here. Post box, common area free Wi-Fi, proper drop-off area (which did not prepared by the developer), enhanced comfortable reception area, sustainable in-house restaurant that provide delivery service, sustainable in-house laundry shop, sustainable in-house grocery shop which provides basic needs like shampoo, body wash, breads, stationaries, snacks, drinks, ice-cream, simple breakfast and etc. There are a lot more. They collects feedback from neighbors too and take serious consideration.
Nice neighbors and nice committees / management. Definitely happy to be part of this community. ?

How should u live if not allow to have visitor in ur house???? Mostly security not helpful, recently they took
Off the door handle for no reasons ... for me i hve 2 apartment here only different 2 floors
N my both apartment next to emergency door so its easier for me to go up n down to my apartment with stairs instead of
Waiting for the lift (the lift is so late n sometimes only stuck at the 13 floor). If i forgot my access card security always talk alot instead of helping... i live here n pay ur sallary dont come n talk as if i m security n u t residence! The building is not build for soundproof so sometimes u cant sleep because of the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy condo with great facilities, pool, children pool, Gym overlooking the breath taking swimming pool and nicely done landcape, feel like living in a resort, also it's close to many restaurant / traditional coffee shop great for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Golf driving range and golf course is nearby...Overall very convenient and lively place to live, full of buzz and at the same time calm and peaceful....

Add on point: they have super nice food store located at level 4! Home cook food with reasonable price & generous portion.

Mostly is family stay and the security is tight but is good for owner and tenant, important thing is the security no bad smell, normally i visit someone else condo the security is had bad smell.
Stayed a week overall 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a one bedroom apartment for two years and decided to buy the 3 bedroom unit after my lease ended. The one bedroom one is nice if you're not facing the the highway. Mine did face the highway AND was right beside the LRT. Had to keep sweeping the floor every 3 days cos it gets dusty easily and the sound of the Lrt was my morning alarm clock. Nonetheless, I still like the surrounding area. Its peaceful but also requires one to carefully plan for their journey because the surrounding traffic is horrible.
Maybe the management can already consider repainting the building because it looks really run down and dirty. Especially if you look the building from the pool area and from the nkve highway.
