★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liz and her staff are kind and caring. She called me in Canada to discuss one of my cat's health issues then followed thru with a visit to the vet. She subsequently administered the meds during his stay.
The facilities are bright, airy and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The loveliest place - huge cages with different levels, toys, chairs and places to sleep and relax. Fresh air.... And the kindest people ever. You won't find a better place in KL. Thoroughly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liz is truly the best to take care of your cats. We boarded cats with her for 5 years until we moved. Our cats were boarded with her before our move overseas, and Liz worked with our pet transport company on the KL side for vet checks and pick-up for their flight out. Unfortunately, one of our cats was I'll during that last stay, but there again, Liz took excellent care of him and even got him to a vet and nursed him back to health until he could go back with his two cat siblings. I definitely recommend Scallywags Boarding Cattery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to leave my cats in Malaysia for 3 weeks while we organised our move to Thailand during the pandemic. Liz took care of my 3 cats, two of whom are very anxious and nervous, like her own and they were so relaxed with her. She helped liase with the export agent to get them to the final vet check and then ready to be picked up for the flight. Highly recommend this cattery!
