β β β β β I always come to eat here sunway piramid secret resepi to enjoy the food n cake,but today i come around 8.20pm after buka puasa and ask infront girl the fat girl and very bad face say no more food!! Kami sudah tutup but the time i still eat cake right,why Customer services like this,food is good but staff attitude very very very baddddd..

β β β β β to sunway pyramid outlet (secret recipe) staff (cashier) 7.18pm 3may . i'm so frustrated with the way customer service the staff treat my sister and my cousin just now . They want to buy one big cake at the display but that staff respond so rude plus she keep looking at them up and down like they don't have any money . Please don't be bias when treat yours customers because she treat male customer very kind but when turn female customer treat poorly . Please have some commen sense ! I will not go to that outlet again .

β β β β β Terrible attitude of the staffs. I ordered two Hokkaido Tart for dine in and she asked if they could be served in a box, and that box looked too big for the tarts and it is obviously broken. How would your dining experience be when your food served unpleasantly? She asked if I need them to be heated up but after she heated them up, it still tasted cold! This has obviously spoilt the good tarts. Not to mention that when I told the staff the QR code on the table cannot be scanned, she gave me another QR code which is still not scannable! Could you at least pay more attention if your new code can be scanned and maybe give me another physical menu instead?
This will be my first and the last visit to this Secret Recipe outlet. Utterly disappointing and spoilt my tea time. I would highly suggest the owner of this store to look into their staffs' attitude issue.

β β β β β The waitress was really friendly and polite, the food was good except the hainanese chicken chop which is just so-so. Their drinks are very nice and their cheesecake is tasty. Overall, I would go and eat there again since the food is still good and their customer service is alright.

β β β β β Staff were very Helpful and Friendly. The Decorations and colours top of the cake was remarkable. I'm happy. 100%. Recommended and will come again. Manager should give both of them STAR OF THE MONTH.!! ?

β β β β β The pumpkin soup was heated in the microwave and they redid it over the stove because there were pumpkin chunks still not cooked. Taste was nothing at all special and I didn't even take a second spoon. I also ordered the arabiata pasta with prawn and it had cold prawns added in. Pasta taste on the other hand was satisfactory.

If you want to feel like you're in cloud nine from a bite of cake, please try their cakes.
It's just so smooth and amazing.
Their service is amazing too
