★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally agree with one of the reviews here by Mr Kishan. The sales person named Nelson from One Utama branch was extremely rude, patronizing, unhelpful, impatient, had major attidude, spoke in a harsh manner and even lied to me because he doesnt want to assist me I assume, when I came in to enquire about some frames I was looking for last night. The way he spoke to me and responded to my enquiries almost made me want to punch him in the face but I am neither violent nor one to cause a scene. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in any shop ever. Probably the worst interaction with any sales staff I have ever encountered as well. Are you guys in the line of doing business or no? Seriously, Seen train your staff properly or consider having an unsuccessful business in the future. Your customer service is the worst I have encountered in a very very long time. Never ever coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop in nu sentral are cheating customers to being a loyal customers!! They promised after brought 9boxes of contact lens and will get rm 120 Starbuck card for free, when I completed buy all 9 boxes, and travel all the way to nu sentral every month to get this complete!! Then the staff just said sorry that promotion is only entitled when buy 9boxes in single receipt!!! WTH !! I was purchased so many months and get nothing?? Just give a reason say this is communication problem? They really have communication problem? Why not train your staff before put them on work??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who served me in the NU Sentral is very professional and knowledgeable, and more importantly with a lot of patient with me. She gave me very good briefing on the lenses type by different brands and provided good recommendation that meets the needs of the consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi guys, this store cheats consumers! Please don't buy at this store if you don't want the same pexperience like me.
I bought Hoya lense at Nu sentral brach and costed me RM806. I went to another eyewear store. They checked my new lenses bought from seen. It doesn't have Ultraviolet ray protection function. The same type of lenses the actual cost is around RM100.
I went to the store and requested for refund but it was rejected. I requested to discuss with manager but I've been waiting for 1 week and they never get back to me. I called them twice but didn't answer my calls.
I decided to report this to consumer protection authority.. And justice for all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went Seen to buy sunglasses and receive superb customer service ever by staff name Chris. He was so helpful to choose the perfect match sunglasses for me. Originally wanted to buy only one but ended up bought 2 and get loads of free gifts! This is the best place to get sunglasses as there are plenty of choices to be choose. I highly recommend this shop and surely will go here to grab the eyewear needs in the future. Thanks Seen and Chris.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store at 9.30pm and the staff named chris really friendly and helpful, even suggest me the best frame suits my face with affordable price. The frames also quite latest to the trend and it's very excellent in its customer service. I even got these pairs of lenses for free because book for spec at the store. Really recommended. Can get things settled within 30 minutes including eyes checking, and booked for the spec. Highly recommended for my friends and yes even for the next spectacles would be ordered from this store again! Thankyou seen eyewear and thankyou staff named Christ!
