β β β β β The service is good, staff were attentive and they know their menu well.
The pesto pasta came out to be too salty. The beef aglio olio is okay (hit of spicyness). Salted egg squid is good and tender. The price point of the food in this place is definitely high.

β β β β β Great dishes and value for money. It's my first time at this restaurant, and I love it. I would like to see more local dessert though, and maybe also better trained servers. See you again Serai soon?

β β β β β Great food, everything taste delicious especially rib eye steak, oktail asam oedas, all drinks etc. Staff very attentive and good service. Only the room got a bit leakage

β β β β β A beautifully decorated restaurant. Ordered the curry mee and nasi lemak ayam. The prices were above average. However, the prawns in the curry mee were not fresh. Furthermore, it only has fishballs aside from the prawn. The nasi lemak was OK. The fried chicken was nice but the sotong seems overcooked as it was too hard to chew.

β β β β β You never disappointed with the selection local dishes. My personal favorite is Nasi Kerabu and lemongrass hot tea.
A place to celebrate birthday, we heard 3 times happy birthday songs.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

β β β β β Tried one of their specialties nasi ulam with grilled chicken, overall the taste is good. Chicken is well marinate with herbs, just the kerisik in the nasi ulam slightly burn for me. I would prefer the fish cracker to serve in whole piece like shown in the menu, but unfortunately all small small pieces. Mango kerabu is just ok for me, a bit sweet but fresh.
Service staffs were not quite ready and it is non peak hour (around 3pm) asked the first question "what's the soup of the day?" Staff asked to wait and she go refer a senior. While billing, the bill only came after 3 times of calling. We sure they acknowledge us by nodding their head and they pass by us 2 times (putting back the menu at entrance).
One good service we would like to thank the service staff passing us some serviettes and ask if we are good when we accidentally spilled our drinks.
Sure will come back again to try other menu items. Hope to see some service improvement in future.

β β β β β Lovely ambience and vast array of delicacies. Loved the mango chicken that we had ordered. Just the right amount of spices. They have quite a number of staffs working on one shift and they are very attentive. It's popular among the locals and it's best to go in early to avoid waiting for a table during lunch hour.

Went here to berbuka puasa with friends. Itβs also my first time here. The place looks nice and comfortable to chill and chit-chat. I like all the hanging plants too ?
We made reservations and paid deposit of RM100 few days in advance. We were also required to place our order first. Hereβs what we tried:

The AC was blowing directly at us so it was quite cold ? Food also became cold quite fast ?
