โ โ โ โ โ Driver CJY - D(V1) - AMIN hasn't deliver my parcel yet..but the parcel status in shopee app states that it has been delivered with my name as the recipient. I'm not even received it yet. Where have you send my parcel to? Unacceptable service by Shopee Cyberjaya Hub??

โ โ โ โ โ I searched for shopee drop-off point, and this place came up. But they donโt accept drop off, and told me to go to Parcel Hub.
No clear signage is around, but thereโs a lot of Shopee Express motorcycles parked at front.
The whole place is VERY disorganised & chaotic. But you can pickup your parcel here. Just give your tracking number.

โ โ โ โ โ My order was 1 day late after estimated arrival day. The delivery guy took the time to call me when he was delivering. When I came down stairs, he was sitting on the ground sorting all the packages, calling all the owners, to deliver. I think it's hard to keep up with all the delivery, but they are definitely working hard. Just have to give them the benefit of the doubt

โ โ โ โ โ Went there but no signboard or anything. You can see inside the hub was really messy. Came there to collect my parcel. But they told me it's hard to find it. They will courier next day. But end up delay for 3 day. But they all were helpful. Maybe still trying their best to manage
