β β β β β Price is as other vet would be around the same price but consider "ok" service with good sense of humour but reading through reviews about dogs dying probably lack of experience from owner and some Malay woman complaining about dogs please head to i-vet pet in Shah alam if bother by the among of dogs . Throughout my visit I would recommend if you have minor surgery because of the waiting time .Lack of staff is not the appropriate reason to down vote just saying .Common sense

β β β β β Dr Chia is very passionate about her work, and her dedication to the furry ones speak volume.
Look out for some good buys on pet food and accessories here.
Prices are reasonable and expect a wait as quite a number of people would bring their furry ones here.
Highly recommended.

β β β β β No system at all!!!! Only 2 patients in line n it was 1.5 hours wait coz both vets were attending at all other walk-ins over the counter n a rescuer who brought in a stray puppy with no emergency purpose but kept making calls on her phone n passing to 1 vet. No respect at all for us who r waiting. I am also a rescuer n I nvr cut queue at any vet. I had to show my face at the counter again to get my turn after 1.5 hour!
There r also 2 other staff in the clinic. But apparently it is a ONE-MAN SHOW!!

β β β β β Went there due to emergency case. My cat was very weak. I told to the girl in front that my cat need immediate attention and it took only 5 minutes to enter the room. Dr Chia asked a few questions and checked my cat carefully. Then she explained the condition and what actions needed. Before she proceed, she told me the cost and ask for my permission. Yeah, quite expensive but at least she told me up front. Fyi, gasing pj will charge you more expensive than this. No kidding. What i like the most, Dr Chia is very straight forward and no hidden agenda. My cat getting better now and that's the most important

β β β β β Waiting time was a few hours even though after setting an appointment. Most consults took around 30 minutes. Doctor was nice and kind but really hope they can improve their waiting system soon.

β β β β β I like the way they handle my pets. i can't think any other place than this place. So patiently and i feel so safe. ya not me la. my cats..both of them if they are here , berlagak macam balik kampung.. Dengan Dog pun they make don't know...
