Brought back the device to the shop on 3/3/2022 and been served by staff name iQmal. He check and verified the device is indeed DOA. Got exchange 1 to 1 with new same specs device. Tested at home. So far ok and no issue. Excellent services by iQmal at that times. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Guide me to setup the new device and explain everything about the device and the functionality. Good job and keep it up. Thanks iQmal.
